He goes on to talk about how at some companies, some projects just cannot be stopped, even if the one heading the project has been resigned or transferred. Projects don't disappear as people take over out of pressure to get favor from higher ups. They'll do it even if they don't want to, or they just get the job forced onto them. Ends off saying projects with the original leads not being there anymore is a great sorrow for authors.
Yuichi Tanaka is not participating as the usual CAD in this. He is only credited for Character Design and near airing of Index III's start, he said he's only done chara design for it and zero genga. The one who would usually fix errors in the animation, this is why Index III has a lot more derpy faces than usual. For Index III the one managing some of the episodes is a complete newcomer AFAIK, there was also a rumor prior to airing some months before that there was no CAD for Index III and they were scrounging to find one, some Animator who was requested made vague complaints about it.Index III does not have its original producer and the whole no Chief Animation Director fiasco turned out to be true about Index III. It was hit with utter misfortune sadly.
